The Campus Coffee Bean is located just north of the north end of Interstate-17 on the road that continues straight north from the highway to downtown Flagstaff.

It is located near Target, across West University Avenue, and a block south from Hastings and Bookman's.

From downtown Flagstaff
From east Flagstaff or west Interstate-40
From the south on I-17
From Sedona

From downtown Flagstaff, and points north (Grand Canyon, Navajo and Hopi Reservations, Sunset Crater, Page, etc.)

• head west on Route 66/89/business 40 from downtown Flagstaff
• the road bends to the left and goes under the railroad bridge and turns into Milton Rd.
• continue straight on Milton - do not turn and follow Rt. 66.
• at the 5th traffic light past the railroad bridge, turn left onto W. University Ave.
• turn right into the first driveway
• go to the end of the parking lot (The Campus Coffee Bean is directly in front of you) and park.

From east (east Flagstaff, Winslow, Holbrook, Albuquerque) or west Interstate-40 (Williams, Kingman, Las Vegas, Los Angeles

• take exit 195, Milton Rd. and downtown Flagstaff - do not get onto Interstate-17
• as you exit, get onto the main road, which is Milton Rd.
• go to the 2nd traffic light and turn right onto W. University Ave.
• turn right into the first driveway
• go to the end of the parking lot (The Campus Coffee Bean should be visible straight ahead)

From the south on I-17 (Verde Valley, Phoenix)

• follow I-17 to the end toward Milton Rd. and downtown Flagstaff
• as you exit I-17 you will be on Milton Rd.
• go to the 2nd traffic light and turn right onto W. University Ave.
• turn right into the first driveway
• go to the end of the parking lot (The Campus Coffee Bean should be ahead)

From Sedona

• go north on Rt. 89A
• after going up the switchbacks, continue straight
• when you approach Fort Tuthill County Park and Fairgrounds you will see a road on the right (W. John W. Powell Blvd) - this road goes to an I-17 exit and Flagstaff Pulliam Airport
• turn right on West John W. Powell Blvd
• go over the interstate and turn left onto the entrance ramp for I-17 north
• follow I-17 to the end towards Milton Rd. and downtown Flagstaff
• as you exit I-17 you will be on Milton Rd.
• go to the 2nd traffic light and turn right onto W. University Ave.
• turn right into the first driveway
• go to the end of the parking lot (The Campus Coffee Bean should be ahead)
